JUST FINISHED FIREFLY. ahdskfjsdajlkf LOVE. I am a loser of the highest order for not watching before now, because it was as brilliant and amazing as advertised - I ended up mainlining it all weekend. What were the popular ships in this fandom? Because I am slashing all over the freaking place. If anyone's got Firefly fic bookmarked, rec me please!

Am trolling the internet for the DVD set and crying because I cannot afford it and really should not spend graduation money. That would be wrong. Right?

That was one of the best shows on television. I can't believe they cancelled it after only one season. Have you watched Serenity yet?

I am so in love with all of them! I'm also full of righteous fury (six years too late, how typical) that some moron couldn't see its brilliance. Whedon's seven-year plan would have been a beautiful thing.

But I'm pretty much ready to start rewatching right now. :D

OH, I FORGOT ABOUT SHIPS. Idk what the most popular pairings are, but I am aaaall over Mal/Jayne. I don't know about you, but I saw BLINDINGLY HOT dom/sub themes in "Ariel." /0\ Also, there is torture! And apparent pansexuality! So basically, this show likes to slam all my buttons ever.

I could have sworn I saved some fics I liked after I finished the show, but now I can't find them. o_O I can give you finding_firefly, which is sort of an archive comm, and I can give you a Mal/Jayne thing I wrote.

Mal is so toppy it hurts. (Except, you know, he'd look so pretty begging on his knees. So. I WILL TAKE HIM ANY WAY.) The last scene of 'Ariel' gave me shivers, it was so D/s.

IDK if this is the evil corruption of SPN fandom, but I was seeing Simon/River all over the place. He wanted to be with Kaylee (OMG I want to be Kaylee, no lie), but he was so tied to his sister that there was no room for anything or anyone else - sound familiar? Oh SPN, you've ruined me for all others.

I can only imagine how smoking the fic could be in this fandom, really. I am totally open to pansexual orgies in the cargo space. :D
