marenziYOU GUYS. I GOT MY CARTILAGE PIERCED TODAY.
Yeah, really. My left ear. This is really huge for me, actually, because I? Am one of the most boring people alive, appearances-wise. I wear my comfortable hoodie sweatshirts and my Converse every single day because that's what I like & I hate clothes-shopping.
But this makes me so happy! It's something so unexpected and out-of-character for me and I love it. [It sounds like my teenage rebellion, actually, but my parents were actually on board with it (have no idea why, as they are VERY conservative, but not complaining!).]
Anyway. I heard it would hurt like no other, but I barely felt it. It's fine right now.
I love that I did it, and I love that I waited and thought about it and decided that yes, this was something I really wanted and it wasn't impulsive.
